Howcome when a student is fresh out of school from dental assistant, when they are applying for that position?

Before hired; they have to do a working interview before potiental hired and why is that? Please explain and i prefer someone from the dental field.

a working interview is the best, not only can the dds see how you preform but you can see how the dds is and how the office is run. you might not like the dds or the office or how they approach things. try to do a couple of days in that office to get the feel of things. trust me.it will work out better for you!!
