Can a dental assistant open their own practise in india?
No. If he has no degree in dentistry. without council membership no one can practice dentistry. there must be a clause in the act - not seen by me.

Reply:There are some people who have worked years ago.... its a miracle how they got registered. I think it would be under the Part B registration or something like that...... I think
