Do you have any laboratory experience (casts of teeth, temporary crowns...etc..)
Any office experience? (ordering supplies...treatment records..etc)
Are you CPR certified?
What does team work mean to you? ( most dental practices are part of a team...... work very closely with Dentists and Hygienists.... )
What procedure do you use for sterilizing and disinfecting dental equipment in order to prepare for surgery?
Show me how you would organize the applicable instruments for each procedure (with examples).
