$8-22 Depending on experience, capability, attitude. Typical starting salary for an assistant with at least 1 year experience is $12. This goes up to $15-16 within a year or two if you have proven your value. $17-$19 is typical range for a very friendly, professional, loyal, capable assistant. $20-22 for an "irreplacable" assistant.
